LRD (Lauders Residential Development) is a new department within the already trusted Lauders brand. Lauders has combined the skills and experience of department manager Kris Burt with the well-established market leading land sales department, and house & land packages department, to better cater for the needs of the new home market.

The LRD core business is to purchase large premium blocks of land, in high capital growth areas, that are currently under-developed and design and build attractive functional townhouses in accordance with Melbourne 2030 policy.

LRD currently has a number of developments in the north east of Melbourne. There are a range of properties available from small two bedrooms for the young professionals, to the three bedrooms plus study family home.
