Craig has background and experience in many aspects of sales, marketing and business development, all of which he applies successfully to his management of Lauders within the Real Estate industry.
As General Manager, Craig believes it is the service provided and the result achieved for the customer that are the primary goals of business and to achieve these goals, has cemented a culture of committment toward great system, fantastic marketing and skilled staff.

Craig combines his MBA qualiification with experience in marketing and business development for national and multinational companies to provide top leadership in Lauders commitment to achieving those primary goals. As Managing Partner of a city based accounting and business consulting firm, Craig provided advice across broad spectrum of smalland medium businesses.
Craig’s experience in Real Estate involvement with a number of inner city developments a management role with one of Melbourne's largest home builders and preparing businesses for sale and presenting to market; provides a unique and exciting aspect to the traditional management of a Real Estate firm.
