The foundation of Craig’s success is his understanding of business, investment and finance, his unwavering commitment to integrity-based relationships, and his belief in shared success. Originally, as an owner and director of LaudersRED (formerly Lauders Real Estate), Craig’s leadership has seen him become the founder and director of a residential building company, Lauders Built (formerly Riviera Homes); a medium-density project development group, Lauders Urban (formerly Lauders Riviera); a broad-acre land development business, Lauders Development; and an independent funds-management business, Lauders Capital (AFSL 519309).
As Group Chairman, Craig oversees the coordination and management of these divisions to provide a fully integrated, end-to-end real estate, development, housing and funds management service. Craig holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) and AICD membership.

Sounik’s experience in the strategic negotiation of major real estate transactions spans three decades across both Australia and India. He specialises in the acquisition, development and delivery of residential and commercial projects. Sounik has contributed to multiple successful ventures through his expertise in simplifying strategic critical thinking, his management capabilities, his consensus-building strategies, and his implementation of business processes that drive sustainable, exponential growth.
